CELEBRATE ASTRONOMY DAY WITH
A NIGHT UNDER THE STARS
AT THE INTREPID SEA, AIR & SPACE MUSEUM
FRIDAY, MAY 10

Celebrate Astronomy Day by viewing the far reaches of the galaxy at the  Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, located at Pier 86 (46th Street and 12th Avenue) in Manhattan, on Friday, May 10 from 7:30PM – 10:00PM. 

Guests are invited to join amateur astronomers from the Intrepid Museum staff and get an up-close view of the stars, planets and constellations through 8 different telescopes, as well as explore constellation names, mythology and the history of the cosmos through multimedia presentations.  Coffee, tea and cider will be served.  The event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP at educationevents@intrepidmuseum.org.
