Beginning Wednesday, December 9, guests to the Intrepid Museum will be able to send some holiday cheer to the men, women and families of the military throughout our country and overseas as part off the 2009 Intrepid Holiday Salute.
Visitors to the Intrepid will be able to show their support for the troops by signing giant holiday cards which will be sent to select facilities within the United States.
In addition to the holiday cards, Intrepid also will be accepting donations of the essential items listed below which Intrepid will then ship to our Marines serving in Afghanistan.
Donations will be sent to help meet the needs of our service members and remind them that they are in our hearts and minds during this holiday season.
Visitors to the Museum also will be able to donate frequent flier miles through the Hero Miles program and learn more about the Intrepid Family of Foundations.
