Tour Guide Talks, Intrepid Museum’s bite sized video tour series, continues with Senior Tour Guide, Michael Miscione and a tour of the former USS Intrepid’s Captain’s Bridge.

Located within Intrepid’s Island, the Captain’s Bridge houses the helm, or in landlubber terms, the steering wheel. From here, the Captain would command and the helmsmen would steer the ship.

With other gizmos and gadgets a-plenty, this video will help demystify “what’s what” on the Bridge:
