The Intrepid’s Haunted House opened its doors on Sunday to kick off a weeklong Halloween celebration!
Guests can make their way through Intrepid’s creepily decorated Combat Information Center, sure to put a scare into those who wander its halls.
Visitors also will be able to watch pumpkin-carving artist Patrick Moser create a unique “Grumpkin” for the Intrepid beginning on Tuesday October 26 in the Exploreum! For more information about Patrick’s unique creations visit www.grumpkins.com. He will be carving at Intrepid through Saturday, October 31.
On Halloween and November 1, guests can paint a pumpkin in the pumpkin patch, watch a magic show, listen to scary stories and much more. Stilt walkers and interactive scarecrows will greet guests throughout the Museum, face painting will be available from 11am – 4pm and magic shows will take place at Noon and 2pm both days.
All of the Halloween activities are free with the price of admission to the Museum. |
