
Women’s Health & Fitness Day

Women’s Health & Fitness Day will include interactive fitness demonstrations, activities and educational programs highlighting the importance of living a healthy lifestyle from some of New York’s top fitness and health experts. Various fitness classes including yoga, pilates, core fusion and zumba and a series of mini-seminars on topics such as nutrition for children, healthy eating, fitness and wellness, and parenting will take place all day. A public blood drive, health screenings, blood pressure testing, nutritional counseling, fitness assessments by personal trainers and gaming stations with Kinect Dance Central for Xbox 360 and Just Dance for Wii will be available throughout the day!
Raffle Information:
Raffle items including spa and massage gift certificates, gym memberships, yoga and pilates packages, personal nutritional consultations, apparel from top fitness retailers, sporting goods, healthy snacks and much more will take place in the Exploreum at 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM.
