It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Intrepid Foundation’s website. It is the culmination of efforts of our entire staff to put forth the best virtual representation of the Foundation, the main goal of which is to spearhead fundraising efforts for the Intrepid Sea Air Space Museum and the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. We thank you for visiting us today.
Our Foundation’s mission is to honor our nation’s heroes, educate the public about the price of freedom and inspire our youth to leadership and greatness. We honor our nation’s heroes by supporting the men and women of our Armed Forces and their families, most notably by providing financial help, through the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, to the spouses and children of those who have given their lives in defense of our nation. We salute our troops during Fleet Week and our annual Salute to Freedom dinners, at which we present Intrepid awards to the best of the best. We educate the public and inspire our youth by promoting and supporting the Intrepid Sea Air Space Museum, our nation’s premiere monument to those who serve and a leading cultural and educational institution.
I invite you to join in our efforts; to stand and be counted as patriots and lend your support to our men and women of the military and their families.
