Virtual Astronomy Live on Thursday, July 16

Join us for a new Virtual Astronomy Live on Thursday, July 16 from 5:30pm-7:30pm ET! This free event explores the extraordinary voyages that astronauts experience and how they can kindle creative expression. Many astronauts have used art and photography to convey the sense of wonder they feel when they look down on our home planet. NASA astronaut Donald R. Pettit, along with Andrea Meado, a geoscientist for the Earth Science and Remote Sensing Unit at NASA Johnson Space Center, will share their experiences with artistry inspired by space.
