The Intrepid Museum seeks a highly skilled, detail oriented and motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Collections Specialist. This person will report to the Senior Archivist and work closely with the Director of Collections and larger Exhibitions Department to ensure the thoughtful care and preservation of the Intrepid Museum’s artifact collections. The Intrepid Museum seeks a strategic and creative fundraising leader to drive growth in annual giving and membership programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, the Director of Annual Giving & Membership will play a pivotal role in building a strong base of philanthropic support and deepening engagement with our community of donors and members.

Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, this role is pivotal in securing philanthropic support from foundations and other institutional funders. The Intrepid Museum seeks a Donor Engagement and Events Associate who will provide administrative, research, and event support for the Institutional Advancement team, working closely with the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, the Associate Vice President of Advancement Events and the Director of Major Gifts. This role supports the planning and execution of donor engagement, cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising events for the Intrepid Museum, while also assisting with day to day advancement operations and prospect research. The Associate plays a key role in ensuring seamless event execution and positive donor experiences.
The Intrepid Museum seeks a Member Relations Associate. The Member Relations Associate plays a key role within the Intrepid Museum’s Institutional Advancement department, serving as a frontline ambassador for our members and visitors. This position supports all aspects of membership engagement and acquisition—assisting with on-site interactions, help with renewal conversations, processing data, and ensuring members receive their benefits with warmth, accuracy, and exceptional care.
Intrepid Museum is looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily social publishing, creative storytelling, and community engagement across key social media platforms. This role reports to the Senior Social Media Manager and works closely with special events, communications, creative and video teams to expand the Intrepid Museum’s reach and engagement. The position will coordinate activities with internal departments to support their respective initiatives, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating an engaged social media and digital community.
Intrepid Museum is looking for a full-time Public Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in the development and coordination of publicity programs to support media objectives of the institution’s programs, events and business goals. In addition, this role will develop and edit content for the Museum’s various distribution channels.
