Rachel joined us in May this past year. She is a Southern belle from Mississippi who came to us by way of Washington, DC, and she has been an asset to the team since she arrived! |

| 2. Our operations team |
Nothing that we do here would be possible without our incredibly hardworking operations team. Not only are they responsible for keeping the ship in tip-top shape, they work long hours to load-in and load-out and make sure that everything runs smoothly during events. Also, sometimes our foreman, Allan, makes an appearance at our juicing birthday parties and whips up something delicious for the team. |

| 3. Upgraded A/V equipment |
Our IT team has worked tirelessly this year to upgrade our current A/V offerings, including additional flat screens, easier event setups and LED lights. With the opening of the Museum’s brand-new Welcome Center this year, the team was on hand to help with the transition to our new media system. |

We were a little awed to receive this major award. What an exciting way to celebrate the dedication of our team and the unique space that we have the privilege of working in! |

Of course, the best part of this past year was YOU! We’re looking forward to seeing what new challenges we overcome, what celebrations we get to share in and what causes we get to champion here at the Intrepid Museum in 2016!
