The “print at home” shipping method is not available. Discounts/Promo Codes cannot be applied to the NYC resident rate.

Tickets can be purchased on location at our Welcome Center or online. Tickets purchased, whether in advance (online) or at the Museum (Welcome Center) are valid on the date of your arrival to the Museum (not the date of purchase). Final Entry and Last Ticket sold one hour prior to closing. Tickets are non-refundable.

Pier 86 is Free to the Public. To access the pier for free, please enter through the Welcome Center.  The pier is open during museum hours only. Please see our Code of Conduct for pier restrictions.
