
Today, Friday, April 8th marks the continuation of Intrepid’s Focus on History Lecture series. Historian Kay Larson will present: Seven Women Who Helped Change the Course of the Civil War.
Mr. Larson’s lecture will examine seven notable women, each of whom played a critical role during this pivotal period of national conflict.
This program, free and open to the public, is made possible through the support of the New York Council for the Humanities’ Speakers in the Humanities program and is offered in collaboration with the New York Military Affairs Symposium.
Tonight’s Focus on History presentation will run from 7:00pm – 8:30pm in the Allison and Howard Lutnick Theater at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.
