Annual Veterans' Day Ceremony

Join us for the Museum’s annual Veterans Day Ceremony, a moving tribute honoring those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. The program will include remarks from distinguished guests including Rear Admiral Carl Lahti, USN, Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic; James Hendon, Commissioner, New York City Department of Veterans’ Services; and Bruce Mosler, Co-Chairman of the Intrepid Museum.

A commemorative wreath will be laid in the Hudson River to honor service members and Intrepid’s former crew. This event is open to all Museum ticketholders and will also be livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube  

Admission is free for all U.S. veterans, active and retired military.
