Virtual Teen Program: Life Saving STEM
Saturday, April 2 | 11:00am – 2:00pm ET

Participants will learn about the history of resuscitation, modern techniques and how scientific research has contributed to our understanding of the potential to save a life. Intrepid Museum educators will guide an exploration of how the medical departments operated on the USS Intrepid and submarine Growler in a time when life-saving techniques were not as advanced as today. Researchers at NYU Langone Health will present their work in critical care and resuscitation science. Additionally, learn how you can help save a life through a CPR demonstration!
(**Does not include CPR certification)
