The Museum will offer free admission on select Friday nights from 5:00pm–9:00pm! Explore the Museum and enjoy a variety of free after-hours programming including lively conversations, exciting performances, stargazing and movies on the flight deck! Our cafes are open during Free Friday with food and beverages available for purchase.

Visit the Intergalactic Travel Bureau, a live, interactive experience exploring the incredible possibilities of space tourism through personalized space vacation planning. Speak with one of the Bureau's astrophysicist travel agents and plan your ultimate getaway to outer space!

Join us in the Space Shuttle Pavilion for Innovators, where you'll hear from entrepreneurs using NASA technology for the betterment of all. Beer and wine are available for purchase with valid ID.

Join us on the flight deck for a special screening of the acclaimed new CNN Films and NEON documentary APOLLO 11, by director Todd Douglas Miller and archivist Dan Rooney. Constructed with never-before-seen original 70mm film footage and more than 11,000 hours of uncatalogued audio recordings from the 1969 Apollo mission. The resulting portrait of those historic nine days is dazzling! Space is limited; seating is first come, first served.

With the 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing less than a month away, visit the Museum's Space Shuttle Pavilion for our new installation—Media, the Moon
and Beyond
. Experience the feelings and emotions of that historical moment through archival news media from the era.

Celebrate the Apollo missions with Dr. Noah Petro who will use images from NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter at the Museum's Astronomy Night. Following the talk, enjoy stargazing on the flight deck with high-powered telescopes (weather permitting). First-come, first-served. All ages. Explore the universe in the Museum's pop-up planetarium, with our educator-led shows that will take you around our galaxy and back again, 5:30pm - 8:30pm (every 20 minutes). First-come, first-served. All ages.

Explore the wonder of Concorde and learn about its role as an inspiration for the "new space age" at From Concorde to Mars: Designing the Future. With missions back to the Moon and beyond, hear from designers and a space architect about upcoming new technologies and innovations that cater to the needs of both astronauts and tourists. The event will begin at 7:00pm in the Space Shuttle Pavilion. Free. Space is limited. First come, first served.

Explore the universe in the Museum's pop-up planetarium, with Intrepid Educator-led shows that will take you around our galaxy and back again. Every 45 minutes. First-come, first-served. All ages.

Celebrate Halloween with a special Astronomy Night and learn about the spookiest planets in the universe from American Museum of Natural History senior scientist Jackie Faherty. Following the talk, enjoy stargazing on the flight deck (weather permitting). Space is limited. First come, first served.
