Throughout its history, 50,000 brave heroes served aboard Intrepid, sacrificing their personal safety for the greater good. Today we’re in a new conflict, with a new enemy – a global pandemic that has changed our lives in ways we never could have imagined. Now, the frontline heroes are healthcare professionals, bus drivers, teachers, delivery persons, grocery store workers and many more -- those selflessly putting their own health at risk and providing essential services for the benefit of all. They are the Intrepid Among Us.

Celebrate the Apollo missions with Dr. Noah Petro who will use images from NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter at the Museum's Astronomy Night. Following the talk, enjoy stargazing on the flight deck with high-powered telescopes (weather permitting). First-come, first-served. All ages. With missions back to the Moon and beyond, hear from designers and a space architect about upcoming new technologies and innovations that cater to the needs of both astronauts and tourists. The event will begin at 7:00pm in the Space Shuttle Pavilion. Free. Space is limited. First come, first served.
