Watch a free movie under the stars! Sit back on the ship’s flight deck, and take in a great movie, the city skyline and a view of the Hudson. You’re welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets, as well as food and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the show.

The flight deck opens at 7:00pm, and the movie begins at sunset, weather permitting. Admission tickets (free of charge) will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis before the screening. Space is limited. Alcohol is not permitted

Take a guided tour while you wait for the movie to start! Tours of the submarine Growler or the Concorde will begin at 6:00pm, and tours of the Space Shuttle Pavilion will begin at 6:00pm and 6:15pm. Tours cost $20 for adults and $15 for seniors and children.

You will have priority access to the flight deck after your tour. Tours are nonrefundable and take place rain or shine.

POLICIES

  • ALL EXITS ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO REENTRY.
  • There is no smoking in the Museum complex.
  • Alcohol is not permitted
    One ticket per person.
  • You must be in line to receive a ticket. All new arrivals must join the back of the line.
  • The flight deck opens at 7:00pm.
    Be sure all members of your party are in line by 7:00pm.
  • Standing wait times for movies can exceed two hours.
  • If the event is canceled because of weather, an announcement will be posted on the Museum’s Facebook and Twitter pages by 4:00pm on the day of the event.
