About this event

Explore the Intrepid Museum’s newest temporary exhibition! Through verbal description and audio recordings, learn about the history that propelled the U.S. to the Moon and plans for going back.

These educator-led tours are conducted remotely over Zoom with verbal description and conversation. Programs are accessible by web link and by call-in phone number, depending on your preference.

This program will be offered twice. RSVP for one option. Please email access@intrepidmuseum.org to register. Please include which session you are registering for (June 25 at 5:30pm ET or June 27 at 2:00pm ET).

When NASA sends the first astronauts to explore near the lunar South Pole, Artemis astronauts will don intricately designed, next-generation spacesuits built by commercial providers that are uniquely tailored for the lunar environment.
